I’ve always found it hard to write the about me page of a website. I want to let you know all of the incredible things I’ve done without boring you to death. I guess I’ll keep it brief for now.

Here it goes…

I have spent the last 15 years in every facet of entrepreneurship and business development. From the Southwest regional accounts manager for a local industrial automation firm to the owner of a successful construction company, I have “been there and done that.” The last several years have found me shifting my avocation of helping those with a criminal past to more of a full-time occupation.

I have served on many boards for local non-profits and worked to develop them into sustainably organized mechanisms for change. I have worked as an employment program consultant, refining programming that taught employment skills, workforce readiness and computer literacy. I have also worked as a case-manager, and facilitator for a variety of challenging populations. I currently serve as Board Chairman for Juniper Communities, an organization dedicated to long-term, sustainable housing for ex-offenders with drug and alcohol issues. I also speak and write on the subjects of non-profit sustainability, social enterprise, and ex-offender reentry.

I also serve as a member of the Tri-County Citizen’s Advisory Board to District 17 Probation and Parole and One-Eighty, the area’s iteration of the Missouri Re-Entry Process. In my free-time, I am working toward my MBA and I reside in O’Fallon, MO with my lovely girlfriend and our four amazing children.

In the event that you weren’t bored to death with that information and you want to know more, you could always check out my resume or contact me to talk about how I can help you and your organization move toward a more sustainable future.
