Overview
The client needed a site to communicate their brand, and their offer. Additionally, they needed a home for their online course, a mechanism to order print materials and a tool for managing their client base and marketing efforts.
After much discussion it was decided that WordPress could offer a solution to all of these needs and help keep costs under control. Instead of 4 or more platforms (Website, LMS, CRM, Email Newsletter), there would be only a single ongoing cost after development - hosting and maintenance.
Challenges
The ability for users to login simply while maintaining security was solved by developing a custom passwordless two factor authentication process.
The ability for users to purchase credits and use those credits to book time with a consultant on-demand was solved using a custom integration of Amelia, MyCred, and Formidable Forms
